as Data Controller of Personal Data,
informs the Users / Visitors of the Site that
the Personal Data, explicitly and voluntarily provided by them through the Site, are treated according to the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, purpose limitation and conservation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
The provision of such data is optional. The Users / Visitors of the Site may refuse consent or revoke it at any time.
However, failure to give consent will make it impossible to provide the information requested and browsing the Site may be incomplete.
PURPOSE AND METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING
⇒ Types of data collected and purposes of data processing
PERSONAL DATA (name, email, possibly other identification data, such as telephone number) provided explicitly and voluntarily by the Users / Visitors of the Site to request information and NAVIGATION DATA (usage data), necessary for the safety and the correct functioning of Site, to identify anomalies and / or abuses, to ascertain responsibility in case of computer crimes against the Site or third parties,
are treated according to the following PURPOSES:
1. ANSWER ON REQUEST INFORMATION from Users / Visitors (sent via email, contact form, or by telephone contact), on products presented on the Site;
2. LAW OBLIGATIONS. Fulfill the legal, accounting and tax obligations to which the Data Controller is subject, representing this a legitimate treatment of Personal Data (pursuant to Article 6.1 (c) of the GDPR);
3. SUBMISSION OF NEWSLETTER, when the user voluntarily and expressly subscribes to the Newsletter service, by filling in the registration form. The user consents that the e-mail address and other personal data provided voluntarily (name) are processed to send periodic newsletters containing information on new products or commercial offers proposed by the Owner.
Once subscribed to the newsletter, the User can at any time revoke the consent to such use, canceling his registration, through the cancellation mechanism present in the newsletter, or by expressly request it to the Owner, through a phone call or a letter or an email . The contact details of the Data Controller are present at the beginning and end of this document.
4. SAFETY AND PREVENTION OF FRAUDULENT PIPES. An automatic system detects and collects Data (possibly also Personal Data, such as IP address) and information to administer and guarantee the security of the Site and Users / Visitors (spam filters, firewalls, virus detection), to identify anomalies and / or abuses. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site or third parties.
The data, unless a computer crime is committed, is canceled after 7 days.
5. STATISTICS. Data, exclusively aggregated and anonymous (not related to Site Users / Visitors and non-identifiers), are collected to verify the correct functioning of the Site, to improve the quality of navigation and to display traffic data on the Site.
The provision of Personal Data for the purposes indicated is entirely optional and does not affect the use of other services on the Site (Article 6.1 (a) of the GDPR).
⇒ Recipients of personal data (data sharing)
The Personal Data of the Users / Visitors of the Site can be shared only for the "Purposes of treatment" listed above with: subjects that typically act as data processors (for assistance and advice to the Owner in management, accounting, administrative matters , legal, tax, financial); subjects, organizations or authorities to which it is mandatory to communicate Personal Data by virtue of legal provisions or orders of the authorities (for example, requests by the judicial authority during criminal investigations).

The Users / Visitors Data of the Site are processed with electronic systems, in a lawful and correct manner, adopting security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction of the data, unlawful use of the data, in strictly correlated ways for the purposes indicated. The data are stored and stored in supervised facilities, with access restrictions.
The Site is monitored to verify any security breaches.
In addition to the Data Controller, other categories may have access to the Data, such as: administrative, commercial, legal, system administrators, technical service providers, registrars, hosting providers.
⇒ Data retention
The Personal Data, processed for the purposes described above, are CONSERVED in electronic format, for the time strictly necessary to achieve those same purposes. The data required for tax purposes are kept for at least 10 years or more, in accordance with the provisions of the Italian law for the protection of their interests (Art. 2946 of the Civil Code and subsequent amendments).
At maturity, the Data is deleted or anonymized.

USER RIGHTS (interested in data processing)
a. right of access to data (art. 15): the interested party has the right to obtain from the Data Controller the confirmation that it is or is not being processed personal data concerning him and in this case, to gain access to personal data and specific information specifically indicated (origin of the data, logic and purpose of the processing, recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data are or will be communicated, data retention period, rights of the interested party, existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling, their communication in an intelligible form, etc.);
b. right to rectify data (art. 16): the interested party has the right to obtain from the Data Controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him, without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the interested party has the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, also by providing a supplementary declaration;
c. right to data deletion ("right to be forgotten", art.17): in certain cases the interested party has the right to obtain from the Data Controller the deletion of personal data concerning him without unjustified delay;
d. right to limit the processing of data (art.18): in certain cases the interested party has the right to obtain from the Data Controller the limitation of the processing to the sole operation of storage of personal data;
e. right to data portability (article 20): if the processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out by automated means, the interested party has the right to receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, the personal data concerning him provided to a Data Controller and has the right to transmit such data to another Data Controller without impediment from the former;
f. right to object to the processing of data (art. 21): the interested party has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him, including profiling, when it occurs with purposes other than those for which the consent it has been given.
REVOCATION OF CONSENT
The User also has the right to revoke, at any time, the consent given previously, with the same simplicity with which he provided it.
HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR OWN RIGHTS

REQUESTS are deposited free of charge and processed by the Data Controller as soon as possible, in any case within one month.
COMPLAINT
In any case, the User always has the right to submit a CLAIM TO THE COMPETENT MONITORING AUTHORITY (GUARANTEE FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA), pursuant to art. 77 of the GDPR, if he/she considers that the processing of his/her Personal Data is contrary to the legislation in force.
CHANGES
The Owner reserves the right to modify or simply update the content, in part or completely, also due to changes in the applicable legislation. If the modifications to the present concern substantial changes in the treatments or may in any case have a significant impact on the interested parties, the Owner will take care to notify them appropriately to the Users concerned.
